Across FirstGroup, we have a number of pension schemes across our different business units. On this website, you can find the contact details of the administrators of all the various pension schemes in the UK. They can help you with any specific queries you have about your pension benefits or retirement savings. We have also included a page with some frequently asked questions about our pension schemes in general.

The First Bus Pensions Team

The First Bus pensions team is a group of pensions professionals based at the Point in London and King Street in Aberdeen, and is supported by the Group Pensions Director and Group Pensions Manager. We provide a variety of pension-related services and support, primarily for our First Bus colleagues but also for colleagues in the Group corporate functions. We also communicate regularly with our trustees, pensions schemes, pensions providers, asset managers, legal advisors, government and regulatory bodies.

  • Development and delivery of pensions and retirement savings strategy.
  • Ensuring compliance with pensions legislation and internal standards of operation.
  • Managing trustee relationships.

We do not offer any of the following:

  • Pensions or financial advice.
  • Communication with the pension schemes on your behalf.
  • Starting your retirement.
  • Pensions administration.
